Over the weekend of May 2nd – 4th the Rotary Club of Broomfield Crossing was honored with two membership awards at the District Conference held in Denver, Colorado. Mike Daniels, President of Broomfield Crossing, accepted an award for Recognition of Membership Development Initiatives and an award for Best Club Growth with Broomfield Crossing growing over 109% in the past year.

The Rotary Club employed a number of strategies and changes in attitude to attract and retain membership, including: changing meeting location and lowering dues, focusing on visitors, constantly looking for those that would make good Rotarians, initiating 5th Tuesday Parties to involve families and friends in the club, seeking diversity in the club, continually emphasizing Service Above Self in everything we do, engaging membership, marketing to the community, and making sure everyone is always welcome at the Rotary Club of Broomfield Crossing. All of these ideas combined have led to the continued success and growth of the club.

Congratulations to the Rotary Club of Broomfield Crossing and President Mike Daniels for these awards.
The Rotary Club of Broomfield Crossing meets at iPie at 145 Nickel St in Broomfield every Tuesday at 7:10AM.
